HealthfullyU provides education and wellness coaching—not medical care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or participate in our programs.
By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Educational Purposes Only
All programs, coaching, educational materials, online courses, consultations, podcasts, videos, webinars, articles, emails, downloadable resources, and other information are provided solely for educational purposes.
Nothing provided by HealthfullyU constitutes:

7. Client Responsibilities

HealthfullyU operates exclusively as a self-pay practice.
Insurance is not accepted.
Payment is required according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, refunds are governed by the specific refund policy associated with each program.
Where a seven-day satisfaction guarantee is offered, refunds apply only within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and may exclude the cost of supplements or other physical products already provided.
10. Appointments
Clients agree to attend appointments at scheduled times.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Repeated missed appointments may result in cancellation of future services.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use.
